Angels over the planets

Agrippa gives one list of angels over the seven planets in Book III, chapter 24, then gives a different list a few lines later. Both are shown below. The names in the first list link to the archangel pages on this site.

The difference is not just spelling. Michael and Raphael swap places between the Sun and Mercury. These angels should not be confused with the names printed beside the numerical squares in Book II.

The Heptameron's weekday angels

The Heptameron has another scheme, based on days and hours: Michael on Sunday, Gabriel on Monday, Samael on Tuesday, Raphael on Wednesday, Sachiel on Thursday, Anael on Friday and Cassiel on Saturday. Those are its day angels, not Agrippa's square intelligences.
